E-Exclusive Services Client Update

Hello E-Exclusive Clients & Partners,

Hoping this note finds you well and thriving! There are some important updates on the horizon at E-Exclusive Services. It is wished that the changes implemented enhance your E-Exclusive experience.

Who Is Affected?
This change affects all E-Exclusive clients & partners.

What Are the Changes?

  1. Price Adjustment: To continue providing the best services possible, the price will be increasing.
  2. New Logo: Introducing a fresh logo that represents all of your wide-ranging, natural appeal, and collective beauty.
  3. Changes to Online & Offline Booking: The transition from Styleseat to scheduling on Acuity for online bookings as well as options for clients who prefer to book offline
  4. New, Streamlined Hourly Booking: Adjusting the booking menu from one-size-fits-all choices to an hourly booking menu more tailored to you. 
  5. Premium Booking Tier: Premium Booking for when you require optimal flexibility and access to your services. 
  6. Travel-Only Services Update: All of E-Exclusive’s services are currently travel-only. Your appointment will now take place at a site of your choosing (usually home or office) for completion.
  7. New Terms of Service & Privacy Policies: Updated and more detailed terms will be posted on the newly launched website.
  8. Website Launch: Check out the new website at eexclusivehair.com!

When Will This Happen?
You can continue to book your appointment through StyleSeat until May15th, 2026. Booking slots will show as available to be booked on Styleseat through June 30th, 2026. Rest assured—any appointments already scheduled on StyleSeat will be honored through until the next year on May 14, 2027.

After that, all bookings will only be available on the third-party booking platform, Acuity. Any bookings, scheduled as of the official publishing of this letter, for a date after May 15th, 2026, must be booked on E-Exclusive’s, associated, Acuity platform.

The updated privacy and service policies will go into effect on May 15th 2026. Please review them and agree to the applicable terms before booking your Acuity appointments.

Why Are We Making These Changes?
New hourly booking allows clients the ability to optimize their time and customizations when booking their styling services. The adjustments are necessary for sustaining access to styling during the present global shifts. While there is compassion for the challenges that changes can bring, they will ultimately lead to improvements in service delivery.

Besides, embracing change is the hottest new trend these days. Gotta stay in style 😉.

•Booking Enhancements
While getting used to this fresh look, you may also notice new links and information about your service. The new booking system through the website & Acuity maximizes customization potential which enhances your booking experience.
